1. Purpose and legal framework

This Privacy Policy explains how DADZCOVER collects, uses, retains and protects personal data processed through dadzcover.mc and in connection with contact enquiries.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data in the Principality of Monaco.

DADZCOVER determines the purposes and means of the processing described in this policy.

3. Data that may be collected

Depending on how you use the website, DADZCOVER may process:

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • company name, when supplied;
  • your message and information provided with your enquiry;
  • the URL of the page from which a form is submitted;
  • technical data needed for website operation, security and audience measurement, such as IP addresses, technical identifiers or browser information, where these data are actually processed by the tools concerned.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process an enquiry. Other fields are optional. A form cannot be submitted if a required field is left incomplete.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • responding to an enquiry, reviewing a project or preparing a quotation or commercial proposal: pre-contractual steps taken at your request;
  • performing and monitoring a service: performance of a contract;
  • meeting accounting, tax, administrative or legal obligations: legal obligation;
  • maintaining website security, maintenance and proper operation: DADZCOVER’s legitimate interest in securing and administering its digital tools;
  • measuring audiences or using non-essential tracking technologies: consent where required;
  • protecting forms against automated submissions: legitimate interest in website security, including through Google reCAPTCHA.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Retention periods

Data is retained for a period proportionate to its purpose:

  • contact enquiries and prospect data may be retained for up to 3 years after the last exchange;
  • data needed to provide a service is retained during the contractual relationship, then archived for the periods needed to protect DADZCOVER’s rights and comply with legal obligations;
  • accounting records and documents subject to statutory retention requirements are kept for the periods specified by applicable legislation;
  • technical data, logs and cookies are retained according to each tool’s settings and only for as long as necessary for their purpose.

6. Recipients and service providers

Data is accessible to DADZCOVER and, where necessary, providers acting on its behalf, particularly for:

  • website hosting and maintenance;
  • email and technical communications;
  • audience measurement and statistical tools, when enabled;
  • anti-spam and anti-bot protection, including Google reCAPTCHA;
  • tools needed to perform services entrusted to DADZCOVER.

These providers may process data only for the defined purposes and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

DADZCOVER does not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Transfers outside Monaco

Some digital providers may process or host data outside the Principality of Monaco, including in the European Union or other countries. This may apply to certain hosting, analytics, email or Google reCAPTCHA services.

Where an international transfer is necessary, DADZCOVER ensures that it relies on a mechanism permitted by applicable regulations and that appropriate safeguards are provided where required.

8. Google reCAPTCHA

Website forms may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated submissions and abuse.

Using reCAPTCHA involves Google processing certain technical data, including information about the device, browser and interaction with the website. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to this service.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and, where applicable, cookies or trackers requiring consent.

  • object to the use of your data for direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it.

13. Automated decision-making

DADZCOVER does not use data collected through its contact forms to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or significantly affect a person.

Security tools such as reCAPTCHA may nevertheless perform automated risk analysis to detect suspicious submissions.
